Pocketnest is a personal financial planning service that assists you in a do-it-yourself manner to prepare a financial plan and organize your personal finances. It is provided to our users free of charge as we are compensated by affiliate income. We may also include a service that provides you a credit summary, educational resources, third party products you may be interested in and general financial tips.  We are not brokers and we are not tax advisers and we do not offer legal advice.  Our services are not intended to provide legal, tax or standalone financial advice.  Our services are intended only to assist you in preparing your plan based solely on the data you input into our platform.  All advice is dependent on the data you input, which must be complete.  This should NOT be the only advice you seek.  Your financial situation is unique and any service we provide may not be appropriate for your individual situation.

 

Your Account

In order to access Pocketnest features, you must register to create an account.  When you register you will be asked to create a password and input additional data.  We comply with federal standards to guard our users' non-public personal information (see our privacy policy below). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and password.  You should maintain appropriate anti-virus and anti-malware software on your computer. I'd move this up to the top.  You agree to these terms by creating an account and/or using the service.

By submitting your information, data, passwords, usernames, pins and other login information, you are licensing that content to us for the purpose of allowing Pocketnest to make more recommendations.  We may use and store this information and have no obligation to pay any fees or be subject to any restriction or limitations.  By using our services, you authorize us to access your account information maintained by identified third parties on your behalf and you authorize these third parties to disclose this information to us.  We are not responsible for any inaccurate account information coming over from third parties.

You will not use any robot, spider, scraper, deep link or other similar automated data gathering tools, programs, algorithms to access or copy or monitor any of the services on our site. Limitations on Pocketnest's Liability and Indemnification

We in no event shall be responsible or liable to you or to any third party for any indirect or punitive damages including, but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of business, perceived loss of income, profit or business, unexpected or unintended tax liabilities, lower than expected life insurance proceeds or cost of insurance premiums.  We are not liable for any margin calls, commissions, fees or costs you may owe to third party affiliates.  Notwithstanding anything to the contrary of this agreement, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to $100.00. You shall defend indemnify and hold harmless Pocketnest and our employees, directors, owners from and against all claims, suits, proceedings, losses, liabilities, and expenses in tort, contract or otherwise, that arise from but are not limited to attorney fees attributable to any breech of this agreement.
